LEAK TESTING · READ BEFORE FIRST USE
WARNING: before operating the appliance, perform a leak test on all gas connections using a 50/50 solution of liquid detergent and water. Installation must comply with all applicable local and national codes. Do not use an open flame to check for leaks. Ensure the cylinder valve (A) is in the OFF position before connecting the regulator assembly (B) as shown in figure 3, observing the maximum torque specified. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper installation, failure to follow these instructions or misuse. If in doubt, contact an authorized service center. The warranty does not cover parts damaged by installation not in accordance with this manual. Check the contents of the package before starting. Refer to section 4.2.1 and table 2. Connect hose (B) observing figure 4 and section 5.3. Do not operate the appliance before completing all procedures described herein. Retain this manual for future reference. WARNING: before operating the appliance, perform a leak test on all gas connections. Installation must comply with all applicable local and national codes. Ensure the cylinder valve (A) is in the OFF position before connecting the regulator assembly. MAINTENANCE: close the cylinder valve before any intervention. Burner ports shall be cleaned periodically with a soft-bristle brush, avoiding abrasive products or solvents that may damage the finish. Replacement of the regulator shall observe the rated pressure indicated in table 2 and the procedure described in section 6.1. Do not operate the appliance indoors or in enclosed areas. The use of adapters or non-approved hoses is prohibited. Hose length and rated pressure shall comply with table 3 and with local regulations. For grounding, see section 4.3. WARRANTY: the warranty period starts from the date on the purchase receipt, upon its presentation, and does not cover damage caused by falls, overpressure, installation not in accordance with these instructions or repair by unauthorized persons. See section 8 and appendix B.
